I have not "owned" the Shrinker drink yet, which means I have not found just the right tweaks to really love it. I will keep trying! Today I was experimenting and came up with a chai tea drink that isn't a shrinker because it does not have oolong tea in it, but it is yummy anyway. It is also healthy because it does have cinnamon in it and that is an excellent spice for health. So, I thought I would share it with you.
Vanilla Chai Tea - FP
Steep 3 bags of vanilla chai tea in 2 cups of water, then let cool a little
Pour into your blender
Add two handfuls of ice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 dashes of vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
dash of salt
on plan sweetener to taste, I used 2 doonks of pure stevia
Blend until mixed well.
Fill a 2 qt mason jar with ice, pour chai tea over ice and add water to fill to the top of jar if needed. Put the lid on and shake well, then pour over ice and enjoy!
