Titus 2 - Our Homes #2

Okay ladies, here we go.

Before we start on our chosen area, we have some other things that need our attention first. We must have priorities or we will totally overwhelmed and create more chaos than we have now. Here is my list of priorities:

1. Pray! We must start our day (time) with prayer and seeking God. Spend some time (you decide how much time) with God, just seek Him and let Him speak to you.

2. If you don't already have one, you need to make your morning routine. If this is new to you, I will show you mine but don't think you have to do everything I do - make it your own!! Again, don't obsess, just find those things that need done every morning to make your day run smoothly. (this is after my devotion time)
1) Make bed
2) Take dirty clothes to bathroom
3) Shower and spray it
4) Dressed & fix hair
5) Start laundry
6) Put up clean dishes
7) Check my calendar
8) Check dinner plans/start it
9) Make to do list

We need to remember not to neglect our other duties while working in our chosen area. Keep a list of what needs done each day in your home to keep it "taken care of" and then add 15 in your chosen room to that list.

Okay, I have one more post to get you started and then I am to get started on my own day! I know I may be going too fast for some of you and too slow for others, but I am trying to accomodate everyone. I am the kind that likes to just dive in and get going, I don't really like taking a babystep everyday - I want to see progress. However, I know some of you can only do a babystep a day because of time constraints, so don't feel like you have to keep up with anyone. I am posting alot and everybody can follow at their own pace. This is not a competition!! We are here to encourage and walk alongside, not criticize and compare. Okay, with that said, I may come back and elaborate on some things at a later day, I just wanted to give some of you a place to start. Please, please let me know if I have forgotten something or if you have questions. Sometimes my fingers don't keep up with my brain and I may leave something out or not explain something fully.

Blessings to all of you and go do your morning routine!!

  1. Okay, I have done my morning routine! I have also washed up lunch dishes and picked up the kitchen and living room. I am off to hang a load of jeans on the line and then spend 15 minutes in my room. I have laundry piled on my bed and I will tackle that before starting my declutter. I did get some boxes from Dollar General, so I am ready to go!
    Blessings,
    Rashel
