Praise report and today's plans

Hi ladies,
I just wanted to thank you all for your prayers for my son's arm. We went to the dr yesterday and his fracture is healed! Praise God! He will have therapy twice a week for a few weeks to get the muscles moving but that is not a big deal (provided his muscles respond positively, which they are). Thank you so much for praying for him.

I am still working on my menu plan. I know I told you to just do a basic and not obsess but this month is when I am starting a new 30 day health plan which incorporates proper food combining, so it is taking me a bit longer than normal to get my menu done. I do plan to finish it today. Yesterday we were in town all day, so nothing around here got done and I didn't get to post. The day before, I had an extra 4 month old, 1 yr old and 3 yr old here, so again, not much got done and I didn't get to post. Also, I haven't been able to sign into blogger the last couple times I have tried. Anyway, tomorrow dh is off, ds has therapy and I have a few errands, so I probably won't post tomorrow. Dh does work all weekend, so I will try to post Saturday.

Thank you ladies for contributing your comments on my last post about menu planning. I really LOVE hearing from you.

Blessings,
Rashel

  1. My thinking on these questions is this. If we know that something we do will make hubby not happy,or upset him, then we need to change it. I think we should do everything possible to please our husbands.
If there is something that we really want to do and husband gives us the ok to do it, but we really know that he is not approving, then it is time to have a disscusion.Let him know why you want to do it, explain the need, the desire or the benifits of you doing it.Then tell him that you will not do it unless he really approves:)
If you get behind or slack on the things that should be getting done, then explain again. He will appreciate it and usually understand. Then tell him if you have too much to do or deal with. He will most likely be forgiving, understanding, and able to overlook the uncompleted task.

Now if a woman is living with a sinful man who thrives on hurting his family. Makes them follow rules that are impossible to follow, I would say to do the best you can do because a man who is living for satan will never be pleased. He will always find fault with you.
