I recently found out that yeast can cause tics *which one of my children has....pretty bad* so we are using sourdough natural yeast instead of regular old yeast in our breads. I'm hoping it will make a difference. I had done it a while ago, but I thought it was a lot of trouble, but now I HAVE to do it, and I like it very well. I think the bread tastes better, honestly! :D THanks for sharing! :D--S
