When I ...Yes, my soda habit used to be a lot worse. When I worked home health, my breakfast was usually at a convenient store that ran sales on a big soda and a candy bar! Those days are long gone, thank goodness.
I love it that your friend has the same quirk as me! When I worked for a retail chain I think I drank like 5 or 6 cans of it a day! Since I am now a mother and have a history of diabetes on both sides of my family, I have to limit it to getting one as a treat. I don't want my kids to be sugar addicts so I have had to make some changes in what I eat so they will hopefully follow by example.
I have a friend who like you loves to have her big cup of soda while she's cleaning. We just had a work day at our church & she sent her husband to town to get her a route 44 dr. pepper from Sonic! She told me everytime she's deep cleaning she just seems to want her Dr. Pepper!
